Wow, I’m a little late on this.  My computer died and my only “real” access to the internet has been my phone up until now.

Anyways, Parasitic Skies (Seattle’s vegan straightedge monsters) have a new full length called “The Descent” out on Seventh Dagger.  They continue where they left off on their 7″ “Embers” so if you liked that then you’ll be more than happy with this release.  It’s angry as hell, heavy as fuck, and I love it.  And so will you.

yesterday i got a large envelope in the mail.

inside was a CD case with about 8 CDs inside. each was unmarked, and there was no note inside.

i put the first CD into my computer, expecting the songs to open in iTunes. instead, a file folder came up showing that there were 2 zip files on he disc. the files only had a date and venue.

upon further investigation, each disc had between 2 and 8 zip files. each file was a live show, either soundboard or recorded in the audience with a hand held DAT recorder.

expect some really cool shit in the next few weeks. ive already got Dan from Resident Studios working on cleaning the shit up.
